How soon can you install my new flooring?

We offer next-day installation for most jobs using in-stock materials. While big-box stores typically take a week or more, we can often measure on a Monday and have your floor installed by Tuesday.

What makes your pricing better than big-box retailers?

We wholesale our own carpet. By purchasing high-quality products in truckloads and storing them in our 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse, we can offer the same quality as our competitors at potentially half the price.

What is covered under your 18-month installation warranty?

Our warranty is six months longer than the industry standard and covers any installation-related faults, such as floors buckling. If an issue arises, we use an independent third-party inspector to assess the situation and ensure we stand by our workmanship.

Do you offer financing for larger projects?

Yes! We partner with Hearth to provide multiple financing options. The application process is quick—often taking less than a minute—and offers various payment plans ranging from 3 to 48 months, including 0% interest options for those who qualify.

Are your carpets hypoallergenic?

While our entry-level polyester blends are not, we carry a wide selection of higher-end hypoallergenic carpets. These premium options are resistant to mold and prevent dust from settling deep within the fibers.

Can I see samples before I make a decision?

Absolutely. To save you time, we bring the showroom to you via our mobile showroom truck. We conduct in-person estimates and provide samples of carpet, hardwood, and LVT so you can see how they look in your home’s natural light.

What flooring brands do you carry?

We have established accounts with the largest suppliers in America, including Shaw, Mohawk, and Dreamweaver. This allows us to offer a vast variety of styles and colors across carpet, hardwood, and waterproof LVT.

How do I start the process and get an estimate?

Starting is simple. You can call us directly or fill out our online form to schedule a free in-person estimate. We don't just give you a number over the phone; we bring our mobile showroom to your door so you can see material samples in your own lighting while we take precise measurements.

What happens during the mobile showroom visit?

One of our experts (often Rodolfo himself) will arrive at your home or property with a wide selection of carpet, hardwood, LVT, and laminate samples from top brands like Shaw and Mohawk. We measure the area, discuss your preferences (like hypoallergenic options or high-traffic durability), and provide a transparent, wholesale-based quote on the spot.

How quickly can you begin the installation?

Because we own our 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse and stock our own inventory, we offer next-day installation for most in-stock materials. While other companies might make you wait weeks for shipping, we can often have your new floors installed within 24–48 hours of your estimate.

How do I apply for financing?

If you choose to finance your project, the process takes less than a minute. We use Hearth, a secure third-party provider. You can see your personalized payment options without affecting your credit score, and once approved, we can move forward with your installation immediately.

What is the preparation process for installation day?

We ask that you remove small breakables and electronics from the work area. For an additional fee, our team can handle the heavy lifting, including moving furniture and disposing of your old carpet. We aim for a "stress-free" experience, meaning we handle the hard work so you don’t have to.

How is the final walkthrough and payment handled?

Once the installation is complete, we perform a thorough walkthrough with you to ensure every seam and edge meets our high standards. For most residential projects, we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, meaning you only provide final payment once the job is finished to your satisfaction.

What is the process if I have an issue after the installation?

Your peace of mind is protected by our 18-month installation warranty. If you notice an issue like a loose seam or buckling, simply contact us. We will send a team member or a third-party inspector to assess the situation and perform any necessary repairs quickly and professionally.

Who is RC Flooring and Granite?

We are a family-owned and operated business based in Dallas, TX. Founded by Rodolfo Castillo, we have built our reputation on providing high-quality flooring solutions with a personal touch. Unlike large corporations, when you work with us, you are working directly with the owners who care about your home’s outcome.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the entire Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex. Whether you are a homeowner in a suburb or an apartment manager in the city, our mobile showroom can come directly to your location.

Do you only work with homeowners?

No. While we love helping families upgrade their homes, we also have a dedicated division for multifamily clients and apartment managers. We understand the quick turnaround required for rental turns and offer specialized pricing and scheduling for property management professionals.

Why is your warehouse important?

We operate out of a 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Dallas. This allows us to buy materials in bulk (truckloads) at wholesale prices. Because we cut out the middleman and store the inventory ourselves, we pass those significant savings—sometimes up to 50%—directly to you.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. RC Flooring and Granite is a fully registered legal entity in the State of Texas. We maintain the necessary insurance to protect our workers and your property during the installation process, giving you total peace of mind.

Do you have a physical showroom I can visit?

While we welcome scheduled visits, most of our customers prefer our Mobile Showroom service, where we bring the samples to you so you can see them in the actual environment where they will be installed.
